Routine
Do the work.
Sisyphus, a trickster and killer from Greek mythology, was condemned by the gods to an eternal workout: rolling a giant boulder uphill, only to watch it tumble back down every time it neared the top.
Our daily routines may feel monotonous and repetitive, but also can give us structure and help us achieve goals.
"It gets easier but you gotta do it every day."
